Savoir Media Expands Senior Management Team with the Hiring of Ella Aglipay Delio as Managing Partner and Executive Vice President.

Ms. Delio's more than a decade of experience running businesses, working with entrepreneurs, and partnering with government agencies will enhance Savoir Media's communications programs by providing valuable expertise in the areas of business strategy and development. The addition of Ms. Delio also marks Savoir Media's entry into the Washington, DC market, where Ms. Delio will be based.

Belmont, MA (April 4, 2011) – Savoir Media, an award-winning strategic communications company, is pleased to announce that Ella Aglipay Delio has joined its senior management team as Managing Partner and Executive Vice President, responsible for business development and administration. This expansion of the Savoir Media management team also marks the company's entry into the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Ms. Delio brings global experience to her role at Savoir Media, as she has worked with entrepreneurs here in the U.S., as well as in emerging economies including China, Brazil and India, through such organizations as the World Resources Institute (WRI) and the Center for Women and Enterprise. A graduate of both Harvard Business and Kennedy Schools, Ms. Delio started her career at Procter & Gamble Co. in the Philippines, where she oversaw marketing and advertising for the company's Healthcare business and led special projects in the Food and Beverages business. While in the Philippines, she also led two firms in the services industries.

"We are thrilled to have Ella join the Savoir Media team and take a leadership role in helping us find new ways to help us achieve our primary objective: To help our clients' businesses grow," said Christine Dunn, President and Founder of Savoir Media. "Savoir Media has always believed in the importance of forming strong partnerships with our clients, and helping them align their communications objectives with their business goals."

Since 1996, Ms. Delio has been running businesses or helping entrepreneurs grow their operations. Ms. Delio comes to Savoir Media from the World Resources Institute (WRI) in Washington, DC, where she served as Global Director of New Ventures. WRI's New Ventures group provides business development services to innovative environmental enterprises and works to address barriers to the growth of environmental entrepreneurship in emerging economies. During her time at WRI, Ms. Delio collaborated with a variety of government agencies, including the U.S. Agency for International Development and the Department of State. Prior to joining WRI, Ms. Delio led the Center for Women and Enterprise's Springboard program, which helps facilitate investments into high-growth women-led businesses.

Savoir Media, based in Belmont, Massachusetts, works with businesses and organizations across the U.S. on their marketing and media programs, from content strategy and development for collateral and online communications to public relations. In 2009, the company won an International Stevie Award for Women in Business for "Best Public Relations Campaign" for their work with Great Moves!, a collaboration with the physicians of Children's Hospital Boston that focused on the issue of childhood obesity.

Ms. Delio believes that Savoir Media is well-positioned to capture the growing demand for marketing and media services. During the past year, the marketing and advertising industry was one of those to have shown significant growth, despite the economic downturn. In Inc. Magazine's list of the 500 fastest-growing companies of 2010, the marketing and advertising industry had the most number of companies, with 60 firms listed.

"Savoir Media goes the extra mile to achieve its clients' objectives, and has proven its ability to effectively communicate client stories to their target audience," Ms. Delio said. "I am excited about bringing the expertise of Savoir Media to organizations that have redefined their strategies to better compete as the U.S. economy recovers."
